I've tried most of the US-based services, and their Aussie data tends to be very inaccurate. Go local.

News.com.au (WNI) - current conditions at a glance, forecasts for 118 cities and towns
NineMSN (WCO) - similar, but does not forecast as far ahead
ABC (WCO) - 4 day forecasts with more detailed info
WeatherZone (WCO) - extended data, requires free registration
The Weather Channel - cable weather channel companion site
BigPond (BOM) - nicer looking version of BOM data

The Bureau of Meteorology - all Aussie weather forecasts are sourced from this Gov't body. Forecasts aren't fancy to look at (plain text), but they have cool stuff like the Weather Watch Radar and Climate Information
